Contemplating merging playnetrek.org with www.netrek.org.

We already have a bunch of redirects and are contemplating adding more. We should make a master redirect page to keep track of them so that future site updates don't break things.

the playnetrek page should be archived. Really, the whole site probably excepting forums and maybe bins should be archived. akb likes archives.
